First Assessment Evaluation

I think that my first assessment went well and to plan. I finished within the time limit, completing everything that I needed to from my face chart. I started with the makeup first creating the base and then blending colours under the eye and cheekbones to create a gaunt expression. Glycerine was put on the base to create a sweaty skin look. I then added the red colour around the hairline and lips to show that the veil has irritated the skin when over the face. I used Duo glue to get a dry skin effect on the redness and on the lips. The hair was an easy style to do, but because my model had a short fringe i decided to curl these out and then spray with water to continue the sweaty look. I placed dry shampoo into the rest of the hair to make the hair grey, this aspect is one that I do not think was successful because you can see the product on the hair and it hasn't been blended or placed into the fringe. Next time I will need to brush this through to create a even texture on the hair. Overall I am happy with the look and will use these images to help me with the second assessment.
